The Crystal Heels Customized Crystal Shoes option is a fabulous and simple way to make your OWN shoes a work of art! To begin, make sure your shoes are made out of a smooth material. Materials that we suggest are satin, leather, patent leather, laminato leather, suede, and calfskin/nappa; they have a smooth surface that allows them to take crystals or sparkle easily. Then pick your shoe color and the crystals/glitter (for a flawless look, we recommend matching your chosen shoe color with the crystal/glitter color). Finally, place your order and send in your shoes to our Beverly Hills address. It's that easy!

Each fully strassed shoe has approximately 8,000 Swarovski or Preciosa crystals; each stone is manually placed one at a time, by hand, on the shoe.

Yes, every item that is listed in our store we do have in stock and it will be shipped right away. Please note that if you want further customization upon items that are purchased from our store, then it cannot be shipped right away because we need some time to further customize it.

If you place an order to customize your own shoes with Swarovski or Preciosa crystals, it could take anywhere up to 8 weeks, depending on the amount of work, the colors and the crystals we have in stock. We try to accommodate your needs and get your shoes done as soon as we can. If you are in a rush, you can place a rush order and get your shoes faster for a deadline fee. Crystal SPARKLE shoes are usually done much faster, usually you can get your SPARKLE shoes within a couple weeks.

With any sort of artwork or embellishment there is never a 100% guarantee that it won't fall off. The glue we use is a permanent adhesive so the crystals will not just fall off. However, if you should slam them against something hard, there is the possibility that a couple of the crystals may come off. However, do not worry, we offer the 'fix my shoes' service: If a few of your crystals should happen to come off, you always have the ability to send them to us. We will fix them for you and make them look perfect again.
